Welcome to my MUSICISAGELESS website! Its 2010! A whole new decade of Rock n' Roll is waiting! We are many months into 2010 and it’s been hectic to say the least. I have been touring, recording on platinum selling albums, going to award shows, and making ageless music fans around the world. This hectic pace doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon. Between making music with Drake and a few acoustic shows with Kylie Minogue, 2010 will go down as one of the busiest, fun and legendary years ever! Welcome to my movie everyone!
TOURS & GIGS
The next upcoming tour is with Drake starting on the 20th of September in Miami! The tour is called Lightdreams and Nightmares. Look out for us in an American city near you! It’s going to be Drakes biggest tour to date. A very cool concert experience! I promise you its going to blow you away!!
At home in Toronto you catch me every Saturday night @ The Orbit Room with the A-Team featuring the best soul singer in Canada, Wade O Brown. The band has been getting funky, nasty and sweaty there for almost 5 years! It's a one of a kind night! Come party with us!
TOUR NEWS
Being on tour with Drake on his Away From Home Tour was amazing. We played all over North America and beyond. We had amazing shows. We even got to open for Jay Z a few times. Drake works hard every night making sure he represents well for the city that he loves. It’s just so cool because I love Toronto also! It has been monumental to say the least. Drake is a legend in the making. The fact that his record has already sold over a million copies just goes to show you the talent that Toronto really has. Big ups to the Tdot!
The Kylie Minogue North American tour was a huge success! It was Kylie's first time touring in North America and her fans went crazy. Every show was practically sold out. My personal highlights from the tour were playing the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles to a sold-out crowd and a ton of “A” list celebrities. Then we played to a huge crowd in my hometown Toronto where I was thanked so nicely that I was left speechless. LOL. We ended the tour playing 3 sold out shows in New York city which was you might say, also pretty unbelievable!!!
STUDIO UPDATE
I have been busy recording tracks for albums coming out this year (2010) and beyond. More info on all the artists and bands that have passed through will be coming soon. Since we’re still recording, it wouldn’t be right to start talking too much about the records. Just know that they are dope!!!
2010 RELEASES
Drake’s album "Thank Me Later" is officially a Platinum record! I am so proud to have been given the opportunity to be part of its making. Congrats team Drizzy!
I recorded the guitars on a huge record produced by Martin "Doc" McKinney and Ali Shaheed Muhammed from A Tribe Called Quest. It’s a song called “This Is To Mother You” written and sung by Sinead O’ Connor. Also featured on the song were Mary J. Blige and Martha B. RECORDING MY OWN ALBUM
It has been a few years in the making, but recording music for my debut album is almost completed. I WILL finish it. I promise. So far, I would say it’s a loud record. Ha!
